Rajneeti..

Rajneeti..

How a person, who wants to stay away from politics, comes on a trip to meet his family, is forced to get involved in Rajneeti because of circumstances he faces, learns the tricks of the this trade and then delivers a punch to all the experienced leaders invovled for years in this Rajneeti. While doing so he loses everything, his father, brother, love of his life and his to be born kid and most importantly himself. He eventually returns but only after admitting how Rajneeti brings the bad, the horrid trait in everyone out in open.
I don't know what was the real purpose of making Rajneeti. But "Rajneeti" the movie scares me. If this is even 60% resemblance of what real Rajneeti is all about, I would not really want any of my closed ones to be involved in it. The constant fear of someone might target you makes you target people and evetually either you are bad or dead.
Not even one person with the right attitude to Rajneeti. You can trust no one in Rajneeti that is the message it gives. That's sad. And if this is real it is really bad. I thought the Ajay Devgan character in Yuva or the Abhishek Bachhan character in Paa, those kind of people can change the face of Indian politics. But then is that a realistic possibility, Rajneeti makes me wonder.

five things young entrepreneurs should do to succeed

I have talked about it in the book, too. The five things are:

1. You must have an idea whose value to the market should be expressible in a simple sentence, not a complex or a compound sentence. . .;

2. You must have a team that brings mutually exclusive, but collectively exhaustive set of skills, expertise and experience;

3. The market must be ready for your idea. If the market is not ready for your idea, doesn't matter how smart your idea is, you will not succeed.

4. You need a good value system, because entrepreneurship in the beginning is all about sacrifice, hard work, deferred gratification, disappointments. It is the value system that creates confidence in each member of the community that other members too are doing the same to make this company succeed. . .

5. You need funds. . . but that is easy, finance is not a problem.
